Removing blank spaces in mailing labels

Hi,

Lotus Approach 9.6

I have just put together a mailing list.

Some of the fields are blank in some records. When printing these blank lines are spreading the address down the label with white space. How do I loose the empty fields when printing? Searched the help files in the program but cannot find info on this.
