Removing ARS Tables

I could use some help removing the ARS table for a Legend 6.0. The company switched CLEC, but now when they dial 9 it still enters the code for the old CLEC. If I dial out bypassing the phone system it acts as it should.

look in the default tables for local & toll ,thats were they added the clec codes and remove then
