Hi Guys,

Its a while since i have configured an IP office. i have one small issue. When a call is made from the call log on the IP phone the area code is infrint of the seven digit number. how do I strip the area code and append 9 before the number, to dial from my call log?

you need to go to the line settings and in the prefix set 0,00 with 9,90,900
prefix, national,international

this way the 9 appears in the call log to allow you to dial out the number.
it dials 9 followed by the number.

Look at the section titled "Special ARS considerations for area codes that begin with a 9 in 7 digit dialing areas (e.g. 949)"
