Removing an Auto Attendant

I have been given a job to remove an auto-attendant on a panasonic KX-TDA15 which is using a seperate voicemail unit, TVM50 I think. I am quite unfamiliar with this system, are the programming codes the same as a KX TDA200? and is it the case of just changing the DIL to a hunt group?

Also the reason they want to remove the auto attendant as they are getting a message on the main phone saying Message waiting and when people try to leave a message they are being told the mailbox is full. They have been around all of the handsets and called the mailbox and checked for new and old messages but have found none. They believe the Auto attendant is causing this, but is there anything else it could be?

First of all the codes are the same as the 200.

you could see if dil is used, but the 15 is a IDSN unit and would use ddi's, so just change where the destination is to a group

check the mailboxes 601-601 etc, if it is bouncing back from the system, it will go as a group mailbox.

you could change the transfer seq on the vm to fxd, this will stop the call being brought back to the mailbox.
