Is there a way to clear out all of the group policies in our AD so that we can start fresh?

Thanks!

I would recommend installing gpmc.msc on your server if you don't already have it. Then I suppose you can just delete all the GPOs in the Group Policy Objects folder but don't delete the Default Domain or Default Domain Controller policies, you need those.

Then just check your OUs and make sure nothing is linked to them with the exception of the defaults gpos.
