Removing all data from tapes

I want to delete all data from the tapes how do I do this... I dont want to rebarcode the tapes at all...

"no storage units available for use(213)"

"unable to allocate new media for backup, storage unit has none available(96)"

I am receiving the following two messages when backing up but theres half my tapes left blank..

any advice??

I would uninstall and reinstall NB but when doing this i will lose all my policies *which take ages to set up have a fair few*

anyway to export and import these??

Do you have a Scratch volume pool? If so, have you created a barcode rule to place blank media into it?

where and how do I create the barcode rule Iv not seen this before
