Hello

I am using MS Outlook 2002

When creating a new e-mail and clicking the to box to type in an address it autocompletes (or gives the option) as I type
I don't have a problem with this, it works well

I have a problem with old, redundant addresses been available

ie. if I type mark it gives me around 10 or so names to chose from (some duplicated)

How can I remove redundant or invalid names?

On our network whenever a person moves base servers their address becomes invalid so I have a lot of redundant names

Any thoughts

Thanks

Damian.

All you should have to do is type MARK the use the arrow key to scroll down and instead of using Enter / Return to select the address hit delete.

It works for me and my users.
