I currently have two AD domains, Domain A and Domain B. There is a full trust setup between the two domains with Domain B holding the Schema master and Domain Naming master rolls. Domain B has very few users and I would like to get rid of it and migrate it to domain A. I have already moved the Schema Master and Domain Naming master rolls to domain A. However I am not seeing the Enterprise admin or Schema Admins group in Domain A after the migration. Is there another roll that needs to be moved to Domain A in order for these groups to be moved? Our Current Exchange server resides in Domain B but I am in the process of setting up an Exchange 2010 server in Domain A and will migrate all users to that Exchange server.

If you have two domains, then you should have two seperate FSMO roles. One set of FSMO per domain. You should not need to transfer any roles to the other domain.

You would be doing a domain migration to achieve moving users from one domain to another.

Please clarify your environment, because what is stated above is not making sense. :)
