Removing Access To IE on XP 2

Hi All,

I want to remove Internet access on a computer with XP Pro, but I do need this computer to be able to access one website. I have made the link to this one website so there is no address bar. I know I can remove IE from the desktop, but I want to make sure that other people can't use IE except for this one site. Is this posible? Thanks in advance.
