Removing a user from Merdian Mail

I have an employee that has left the company. How do I go about removing him from Meridian Mail system as well as the removing his name when someone calls his extension.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In MerMAil - select soft key delete - it will ask for mailbox number and show you that box then prompt you OK to delete?

in the switch - ld 90
out, name, at he DN prompt enter the DN (dont forget the rollover)

Keep in mind that old messages and greetings may remain in the hard drive of the deleted user. Under the tools menu, you will find an option that you can use to clean out this stuff which is "audit volumes". Read up on it first on your manual and if you feel comfortable, run it during slow peak periods.
