I am removing PVR 6987 from a phone. This is a private line. What exactly is the below info? Is the TN of the private line 4-0-2-7? if so, then what is the significance of RTMB 31-13? that's the route and route member, correct? I don't think I understand the difference between the TNB and the RTMB. In either case, do I just remove the PVR key and out this TN and pull off the cross connect? Or do I also have to call Verizon and have them disco the tel #? (which I have, by the way). thanks

but what about the rest of my question? What exactly is the below info? and also, do i just leave the route as is after I out TN 4-0-2-7? no need to remove cross connect or call telco?

RTMB 31-13 ( Route 31 Member 13)

PRDN 6987 (Is the DN assigned to the trunk so you can put it on a key)

TN of the private line 4-0-2-7

Tn is where the trunk (Private Line) is located in the switch, RTMB is the route number (13) and which member it is in that route (13). Trunks must be in a route
