In our lab we have 3 Mxe 3300's running 9.0.3.29 we had them clustered and our customer needed them unclustered for a test we removed them but now on Pbx02 we cannot login a hotdesk or a ACD agent any ideas?

It is programmed we are seeing this error when trying to log in a ACD phone HotDesk : Redirect failed - Local Host IP address and CEID must be configured. Again we have removed this PBX from teh cluster.

Read the Help files for Hot Desking.

You need to set up Clustering even on a standalone system for hotdesking to function.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Hotdesking requires Cluster ID programming, even on a single 3300. Is suspect it was removed during your process.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
