Removing a patch, do I actually need to re-install others ?

Ive removed the ms patch q329170 from 2 of my Citrix servers due to various issues with it. Upon removal however, it says that the following patches may not work and lists 8 installed patches

Upon reboot, everything is working as expected, well, better without q329170. Is it necessary to reinstall all of the patches, or is it just a suggestion ?
