I need to remove a server from our Exchange org that no longer exists. The previous admin simply unplugged it and reimaged it instead of using the CD to properly remove it from the Exchange org. This box no longer exists, it is gone. Do I have to rebuild this box and reset the computer account in AD to remove it properly or can I just nuke it in ADSI? There are no connectors. Will this automatically remove it from routing groups etc?

Hi,
If I understood your question correctly, to remove the non-existence exchange server
In the Exchange System Manager, go to your Administrative Group, if you have one. Or to your Servers, then highlight the unwanted server, then right click mouse, then go to All Tasks, the Remove Server.
Hope this is what you are asking for.

Good luck
