Have customer that had 2 offices that are now seperating. They have a BCM400 and want to remove the SRG keycode so they can utilize the digital sets and voicemail again. Can someone tell me how to remove it??
Your help would be appreciated.

It's my understanding that you can't remove it. At least the documentation warns that it can't be undone. In theory, Avaya could remove the SRG keycode in KRS. You could then reset the system and apply the new file w/o the SRG license but I doubt you could convince them to do it.

I was afraid that would be the answer.
Well the bright side is I may make a sale of a new one!
Thank you oldestgeek
