Removing 8.5" X 11" document tile from large project 1

Hello again, I have a large document I am working with (38" X 19") and it shows one tile of 8.8 X 11. Is ther any way to remove this from the view?

You have to go to File>Print Setup and specify a printer capable of handling that size page (38x19), and then also set that page size.

I do not have a printer that will handle this size document. I will job out the printing when I am done with the project. I would like to not be able to see the 8.5 X 11 sheet so that when I send a sample to my client it will look clean. Is there any other way to get rid of this? I suppose maybe if I send him a PDF file that it won't show up anyway. I will try that and see.
