REMOVEIE6 Please .... 1

I need to remove ie6 and it wont let me. I am on ME and i have IE 6 I have the full install of 5.5 and dont care what it takes to get IE 6 gone forever. Anyone know the back door for the removal?>>> Thankx BIG time
