Removed email profile and now need to recover some content - How?

Never a dolled moment. I had multiple profiles set on my laptop. I really used only one using POP. I needed to switch to EXCHANGE so I copied all of my folders into another folder named MY OLD INBOX (not wihting Inbox).

I then removed my profiles and created a new one. When I opened Outlook, the folder MY OLD INBOX is not there. I searched for PST files and nothing came up.

Is there a way to recover this? Am I SOL?

Much to my relieve, I added a New Outlook Data File. A list of files came up, one of them being my entire PST file named Outlook. I selected this file and behold, all which I once thought lost is found.
