I ran Email & Internet email wizard to remove certain email domain from our Exchange. Change recipients policy to remove email domain. When sending email from my account on Outlook/Exchange users in the removed domain do not receive my email from Exchange. I also dont get any returning error message.

Does this mean the users have been moved to another Exchange server or mail system?

If so have you updated your MX records to point to this new system?

Yes the other domain is with ISP now.Users POP directly to ISP now.

You need to get MX record updated then. Currently the Exchange server will be trying to send these mails to itself. And may just drop them rather than send an NDR since it is no longer authoritative.

You might also want to remove your .NK2 Outlook cache.

When SBS was installed i added 2 email domains, but only one was used on Exchange. Users belonging to other domain never joined Exchange and used POP for email at ISP. So why cant email those users that never joined Exchange. Email domain was removed from Exchange. My recipient policy shows only SBSdomain.local and one other email domain.
