removed drive from megaraid and added again. system doesn't recognize it

Hi all,
I have 3 RAID arrays. RAID1, RAID1 and RAID5.
system is installed on first RAID1.
I powered off the machine.
I removed the disks of second RAID1 and RAID5.
I powered on and booted to the system.
I powered off.
Added the disks again.
Powered on. now system won't detect the disks anymore.

Am I so dumb to have done that? How do I fix it?

Also I can't access webBIOS. it doesn't prompt me to hit ctrl-h. and even if I hit the keys anyway it still wouldn't load.

Going to need a little more info please, what is the model raid adapter, what is the system? is it a server? Make and model of server, is it a off the shelf motherboard, if so, make and model? What are the drives? SSA,SATA,SSD? UEFI or Bios?
