Remove Word Wrap

I have a file with multiple lines and id like to remove every other lines '/n'

for example change this-

Firstname Lastname City State Address
Homephone Workphone
Josh Luis Deland OK 921 Golf Drive
7778888 9991234

to this-

Firstname Lastname City State Address Homephone Workphone
Josh Luis Deland OK 921 Golf Drive 7778888 9991234

Possibly using a regualar expression, with a match evaluator. You could then keep track of the match count and replace every even match with " ".
