Remove user account when Server Restar

Hi there...
Sorry my English

When i set a user to a Sever shared folder a give the permission this user is remove when the Server restart, it happens as well with remove a user but but after restart the user appear again.

I have to do reset again the user account anytime the
server restart, i dont know what to do?
