remove upload button on document library

does anyone know if it is possible to remove the upload functionality from a document library?

Surely it will disappear if you give everyone read-only access to the library. Admittedly you wouldn't want to that to the admins, but then presumably you can trust them not to upload if they are genuine admins.

That won't work in my situation. I have a document library with an InfoPath form associated to it. When you click on the New button, it opens a blank form to be filled out and submitted. I want to keep that functionality. I don't want anyone to be able to upload any forms that they would like. Therefore, giving them read only access will not work as they will not be able to submit new forms.
