Remove unwanted characters

I have inherited an access table that needs cleaning.
the Document Name field contains unwanted characters that I need to get rid of. This is what it looks like now: IRT%20INTERIOR%20TRIM.pdf

What I need to do is remove all instances of %20. Is there a routine that will accomplishe this? I would hate to have to go through each record and manually change things. Thanks much

Take a look at the Replace function:
Replace([Document Name], "%20", " ")
