This should be pretty simple for one of you, not for me for some reason
I have a user who has been working on a document for a while with track changes turned on...she needs to hand it off now to another user. She would like to have the track changes balloons wiped from the document so that the new user can start fresh and start tracking her own changes to the document. I hope I have explained ok, we have tried saving the document in 'original' or 'final' mode instead of 'final showing markup/ with Track Changes off so that no balloons are displayed. This has not helped us...Any suggestion?
