Remove trabsfer prompt

Hello all,
I have a user that would like a system prompt removed.
There is an option setup in call pilot application builder to transfer caller directly to express messaging.
The thing is when the option is selected and transferred to the mailbox directly(via express messaging) the callers are hearing transferring to mailbox XXXX.
Is there any way to remove that prompt?

Seems like it would be a system wide setting.

Any input would be great.

Yes/no, it can't be removed - it's a system prompt, but you can record over it with silence.

Access CPMGR and look for the system prompts and change it.

Is it just one application they want it removed from?

Instead of express messaging you can trasfer to a phantom dn that is dcfw to voicemail. If it isn't the mailbox dn make it an extension dn in the mailbox.
