remove rows from MS flexgrid 1

Hi all,

I'm trying to remove rows from MS-flexgrid using the remove property. The grid has 1 fixed row (where I put the column names, this would then be row 0). Removing rows works fine until I try to remove the last non fixed row (this would then be row 1). I then get an error message : can not remove last non fixed row. Does anybody know if there is a way to get past this?

Any help much appreciated.

Set the rows property to 1:

MSFlexGrid1.Rows = 1
