Remove "restore Window" Icon

Can anyone let me know how to remove the "restore Window" icon from the right hand side of a custom menu bar ?

A form will have a Restore button once it is maximized. So your question is really about how to make a form not sizable. You can set the "Border Style" property to "Dialog" so the form cannot be maximized.
