Hello,

I'm finding a problem with my Avaya CM 6.3 system.

we have interconnected our Avaya switchboard through an integrated SBC with 4 more technologies.

At the moment, Qsig passes the numbers and names correctly, when we create a trunk sip against the SM it always adds a "+" in front of the extension and the name is not added.

You know what I could try? I've been looking and I suggest I change the Prepend "+" in the signaling group to no, but it changes to Y automatically when you link to the SM

This parameter has also been disabled in the trunk

Thank you very much.

you can make an adaptation and then apply that adaptation to the CM SIP entity

That adaptation could be of type digitconversionadapter and on egress match + with min/max digits - for example you'd put min/max 11/12 (counting the +) if you wanted to drop the + on 555-555-1234 and 1-555-555-1234 and there's a spot to 'delete' and you'd put 1 to 'delete the first digit starting from the left'
