I am converting multiple files (word , Excel..) to one PDF
and I keep getting a message:

"..PDF cannot create Tags, Bookmarks, and Links for Worksheets with Print Area other then 'Entire Sheet' ..... Do you want to proceed and create a PDF file without Tags?"

I want to avoid having that message popup. I have 10 different excel files to merge and convert to PDF.

Can this be avoided and turned off?

Thanks

Your excel file may have a print area defined.

Try removing it:
File, Print Area, Clear Print Area.

This will reset it back to the entire sheet. Then the box will no longer appear during the conversion.

Hope this helps.
