Our company is downsizing due to the great U.S. economy.

We have 3 PRI's on a 412 and are going to get rid of 1 or 2 of them.

Can I just delete them?

There is no special routing i.e. certain calls incoming/outgoing on a specific PRI.

Do I need to remove the physical PRI card?

You do not need to remove if you do not want to but be aware of wich card has synchronisation !!!
If you remove the pri wich has the sync then your system will get instable and will reboot once in a while !

You can just move those cards lines to a different incoming and outgoing line id 99 or something in Manager then you can leave them in place for if/when things pick up again. As long as the line id is not your'e working one they will not be used.

Thanks for the replies, I will move the incoming and outgoing line id's sounds like the best solution.

Just make sure as tlpeter says that the remaining line has clock quality set to Network.
