I would like to remove an operator position from our MD110, currently situated in a reception.
I am unsure of how this config works, but I do know this:

The OWS/DNA terminal can be dialled on 5000 and 3600. 01XX XXX3600 is also the DDI number for the reception.

I want to remove the 5000 reference and turn the 3600 into a standalone telephone on the reception.

This is from nadap

OPERATOR INDIV. NUMBER SERIES 5000 - 5002
5005 - 5008

OPERATOR COMMON NUMBER SERIES 0
3600
5003 - 5004
5100 - 5104
5106

OPERATOR COM. DID. NUM. SERIES 0
3600
5003

OPERATOR EMERGENCY NUM. SERIES 5105

ABBREVIATED COMMON NUMBER SERIES 1800 - 1899
61 - 66

Anyone?

Hi

You need to print your OPCTP/OPCGP and then end any incoming numbers via OPCTR, and the association of the operator extensions with OPCGR, then you can end the operator via OPERE. The you need to free the numbers in number analysis via NANSE fron your NADAP; print (types OC, OI, OD), and reinitate them with NANSI as numbertype EX. YOu now have a free extension number and you can setup your extension via TTY, if you want to set it up via DNA you need to run a full sync first. This process is detailed in the documentation if you have it under PBX OPERATOR TRAFFIC, Operational Directions.

Thanks Parnum.
