Good morning,
I was changing the programming on my phone yesterday and somehow managed to break out helpdesk phone.
Previously it would go to voicemail after x rings, now it just calls the extension again and continues ringing.

Checking the previous config vs. today's config for the DN, the only difference I notice is:

Working:
DN 8888 0

Not working:
DN 4888 0 MARP

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Alright, I figured it out.
Apparently my phone was MARPing the dead extension, so when I was deleting keys it resorted to the lowest value TN -- which in this case is an analog phone.
I ended up removing the buttons from my phone and (somewhat) followed this:
I entered "yes" to MARP on my new button, and everything worked perfectly.

After finding the solution I ended up finding a more suitable phone to perform the MARP on rather than my own.

Thanks and I hope this helps someone in the future!
