I want to upgrade my manager to R12. I believe I am supposed to uninstall manager R11 first? I get an error when I try to uninstall. What do you recommend?

When upgrading a manager you can just install it on top of the other one, you only have to uninstall when you downgrade.

No need to uninstall. But as a note, on Windows 11 I've never got the System | Apps | Installed Apps to work for uninstallation. Always had to go to the old control panel (just run cpanel and select Programs).
