Remove Long Distrance Restriction

I may have two problems. One of our M7310 sets cannot dial long distance. I can only access programming with password xxxxx. For some reason, I cannot use xxxxx as a password. When I use xxxxx for the password, the only options I get under are Restrictions - Set Restrns - Set Lock are: 'None', 'Partial', and 'Full'. We recently had someone in to change our password(s) back to default settings but maybe he set something else so I cannot get in without him. Maybe I have an older model here and need other step(s)?

You need the config password the guy set on the system.

Really old Norstars used the admin password xxxxx along with the config yyyyyy. You might be able to to fix the problem under set restrictions. You should definitely give your vendor a call to get that password.
