How do I remove a long distance block on an extension coming from our 2000IVS?

On other phones we dial the number, receive LD tone, enter a personalized four digit code (handled by LD carrier), and the call goes through. I have a request now to make these two main post phones act the same way as the rest.

Thanks Guys

Do you mean that you want the main phones to be able to dial long distance, becouse they curently are restricted by the switch from calling Long distance?

Yes, I guess when they set up all our switches they programmed all the main post phones so that even if you used your LD code (SBC) you couldn't place a LD call. Now one of our program managers wants the two main post phones to be able to make a long distance call with the proper LD code like all other phones on that switch. Hope this helps. Thanks again.

Try looking at CM 1201. check the data of an extension that does not restrict then go to the station that youwant to change and set the same data

i.e.

1201>3001:11 (11 is unrestricted)
1201>3005:55 (55 is local only)

1201>3005:55-11 execute will change it.

GHR is correct 1201 will sync you phones up i.e one can dial but the other cannot. Remember that 1201 is depending on LCR correctly programmed.
Also things to consider is numbering plan and tenant of station.
