Remove Line From Nortel Set

I have a nortel cics 6.0 - I have an issue with a set. For some reason line 2 rings on it and it should not. It's not assigned nor is the set assigned to any other set that the line 2 would ring to. Any suggestions?

Out of all of the sets in my setup only the reception desk is assigned lines.

Check prime on the line, and answer dn's on that set.

A ship in the harbour is safe, but that's not what ships are for.
