remove legend while value is NULL

Hi
I have a column Chart with an X value(catagory Group) and a Y value (value), i am using value in Y axis which value sometime is NULL, When This vaue is NULL I am getting Legend for that value with the name SERIES ? Is there any way to remove that legend while my value is NULL?
