This was so easy to do with Group Policy in Windows 2000 but I'm blowed if I can find the equivalent in 2003.

So help me someone, please. Can it be done or did MS drop it (and if they did, why)?

If they did drop it then I can write a script to achieve the same effect by editing the registry but it does seem to be an over-the-top solution for something that seemed so simple before...
