I see in CLS we have kem2. Wanting to remove this from programming

It's not in CLS, it's a separate entry at the KEM prompt enter 0 after you remove all the keys programmed on the KEM

When the TN is printed there is no KEM prompts. The only thin I see that refers to an add on module is in the CLS.
We keep getting error codes on this TN. Switch is not seeing KEMs because they are no longer installed and is looking for them. There are no keys programmed for KEMs. Anyway I can remove the cls=kem2?

I would bet that at one time this TN had a KEM and someone did a change to remove it and it should have been outed and rebuilt without the KEM programming. I would out it and rebuild it with the correct configuration.

Can you post a print out of the phone? The KEM in CLS is only for 1200 series phones. Probably why you are getting errors if that is not the type of phone you have plugged in.
