Remove Inheritence from folder object using ADSI

Hi, I have a script that creates home folder for users. I want to remove the "Allo inheritable permissions..." option from those folders using ADSI. I have a function that set permissions on folder but always keep inherited permissions from parent which I don't want.

What should I do?

I already red this article, it's showing how to propagate inheritance but I can't figure out how to NOT propagate it. I've tried a lot of flag combination without good results.
