Remove image from Aloha Item

I'm trying to remove the image from some items in Aloha. I have found and deleted the item####.bmp files from the hard drive but still the image remains. How do I remove the image from the server menus and present only the text?

I'm running ALOHA Tableservice 6.1.15

You may have to go to each terminal's bmp folder.
