How do remove a IE tool bar permanently ?

Do you mean the default IE Toolbar where the tools like Back, Stop, Search etc are displayed or do you want to remove just some of the tools on the IE bar, or are you referring to a third party toolbar that you have accidentally acquired while surfing?
