Remove Header Row from Downloaded CSV file

I'm using the Peoplesoft Query Manager and download my queries as CSV files. Is there a way when the query is downloaded that it doesn't keep the header row so the first row when I access the file is the first record? I've already changed the field properties to "No heading" but when it downloads, the first row is still there but just empty.
