i need to replace my current motherboard with same exact but advanced cpu same socket like insted celeron it will be dual core now i need to remove the hasp key from current motherboard to another new motherboard is the hasp key will get affected and not working in my opinion nothing gonna happen but just to make sure iam not good on aloha.

thanks

Parallel port hasp and hasp driver reinstall should not be necessary, I have never had to in that situation. I have no experience with USB hasp so that may be a different animal. The most important thing to keep it easy is the HD controller manufacturer and on the same MB that will not be an issue.
