Remove Grouping in Open Event of Report

How can I remove a Grouping from a report during the Open Event? For example

If MyValue = 1 Then
Else
'Remove Group Level
End If

Further to this, I think I can just change the ControlSource of the Group. I can't quite work out where or how to use this though as it fails in the on Open Event of the report. Do I have to set this property in the design view of the report? What is the exact syntax... I have tried so many different ways. I am going mad today...

Lookup the CreateGroup method in Access help. It contains a complete description of how to make groups using create group and how to delete them using the Delete method. You can use the CreateGroup method to modify the sorting/grouping field.
