Remove forwarding to voicemail for an exntension

Let me know if this is the wrong place to ask this.

We are creating a phone menu system in Application Builder and we have it set to where it forwards to an external number if no one picks up or if it's busy. It forwards if both lines are busy, but if there is an open line, it forwards to voicemail. There is no CallPilot voicemail setup for the number nor do we want one.

Is there a way to set CallPilot or set the extension on the switch to not go to voicemail?

What's your LHK (Last Hunt Key) set to. Maybe change that to key 0 and see how that works.
