Remove External Forward from DID

We have MICS system in the system and one of the DID phone is currently forward to an external cellphone. I will like to cancel this forward. I try used Feature * 4 to cancel and it doesn't work and I login to the system and check the line setting and didn't see anything. Any help and ideas will be great.

could it be a centrex line that is forwarded. Does the line that is forwarded appear on this phone. If so hit the line button than *73 or try #73. If it is centrex forward this should cancel it.

try feature #4 to cancel call forward or check if line redirect is programed

Tried *73 and I got invalid number and fast busy on the phone. Where should I look to see if Line redirected?

Feature *0, then press the line button and "show".
It should say "not redirected" if it isn't.
