Remove extension from a "group" 1

I put group in quotes because I'm not certain what type of group I am dealing with.

In a customer service office with six extensions, all of which ring on an incoming call, how do I remove an extension from this ring group? How do I add an extension?

I can tell you that the set in question says "No Answer DNs" are configured, if that helps.
 
Looks like the answer was "Line Access"

Each of the customer service sets had 5 lines assigned in Line Access; the remaining 45 sets (well, the ones that I checked, anyway) had no lines assigned. Removing the line assignments from the set in question seems to have resolved the problem.
 
You don't have to remove them, you can keep pressing Change and have them Appear & Ring, Appear Only, Ring Only (to Intercom key).
