Remove Ext from Direct Dial

New to forum,
I need to remove an ext number from a certain direct dial please on the CS1000 system. So for example i need to remove ext 3155 from direct dial of 01603 456765. This is all related to a user making calls and when people return the missed call they are going through to a certain team instead of the main reception. Thanks
 
Not sure I follow what you are asking. Almost sounds like the set is sending out the wrong Caller ID
 
so we have 3 different numbers associated to our business, so for example 01603 456456 is the main number, 01603 456789 is also associated to our business in the same building but is for the Special Team then we have 0160 456987 again associated to the business, same building but is linked to the Brilliant Team. In the number associated to the Special Team 01603 456789 we have 8 people, now 1 of those people have left and joined the other team, the Brilliant Team. So now every time they make a call their number comes up as their old team, the special team on 01603 456789 but i need it to reflect their new team number of 01603 456987.

Does this make sense at all ??
 
I'm guessing that you are in the UK?. The STD numbers look to be UK ones.

Whatever the numbers are, it doesn't really matter. What we need to know is if your 3 phone numbers come in via an IDC table and if the phone users have individual line appearances against a key etc.

It will probably require access onto the phone system to figure out how it is currently configured.

yes based in the UK, yes the all numbers come in on the same. I do have access to the terminal to makes changes if that helps.
 
Post a print out of a phone that works they way you want it to and post the print out of the phone that doesn't work. Sounds like the phone is assigned to the wrong CLID Entry
 
got it sorted thanks a friend of mine that is pretty much an expert on the system, it was all to do with TGAR grouping. Thanks for the quick replies, i am sure i will be back online asking something else soon enough.
